The deadline can be extended if remedies are proposed. The review process may last up to 145 working days from the submission of the notification.

  • If the NCA intervenes in a transaction, either by prohibiting it entirely or providing conditional clearance, the parties may appeal the decision to the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
  • Decisions by the Competition Appeal Tribunal may be appealed to the Gulating Court of Appeal.
